Can't transfer certain photos from PC to iPad

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Did you by any chance modify the photos with a photo editing software? We've had some issues with photos that used some color schemes. If not, can you tell us what type of photos are they? Were they taken with a digital camera, with another iPhone?

Photo Transfer App

I have the same problem. Photos taken with a Canon Power Shot SD 1200 IS digital camera, downloaded into ACDC Photo Manager 12 on my PC. When I attempt to transfer to my iPad, I get the same grey box marked JPG.

Thanks for contacting us. Do you get that problem for all of your photos or only with a few? Also, do you know what format they are on? And, can you see them fine on your computer? One good test would be to send yourself one of those photos via email and then trying to save that image from the email program on your iPad to see if the same problem occurs when saving from the mail program.

I can't open photo transfer on my iMac an transfer the photos to my iPad they are also
stored in iPhoto witch I also have on both devises but can't get the photos from iPhoto on Mac to iPhoto on iPad could you please tell my why thanks

Hello Richard,

You need access to your JPG files directly. Please save the photos from iPhoto to a folder on your computer. Then from that folder they can read them from your desktop Mac app to be uploaded to your device.
