30,000 photos is a lot! :) But our app should be able to handle them.
What error are you getting when you reach the 10,390th photo? is the app not allowing you to continue? If you could provide a little more information about when happens when you try to continue, that would be really helpful!

Please make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer your video. What is the length/size of the video you are attempting to transfer? Also make sure it is in a .mov format.
Another suggestion would be to close out the app, launch your photos app first and then launch our app to see if you are then able to transfer your videos.

As of right now Apple does not allow the possibility of creating a sub folder. You can however use our app to create an album on your device!
How To Create An Album
1. Type in the IP address our app gives you after going to http://connect.phototransferapp.com
2. Select "Upload photos & videos" to this computer to your device
3. You will see a box that will allow you to create your own album. It's under Create Album.
4. Simply name your album and then choose the photos you wish to transfer to

As far as your question you inquired about Apple only allows 3rd party apps certain privileges as far as editing content etc. Our app can only transfer photos and videos over in the form of a copy. It doesn't move or delete your content. If you wish to remove something from your device then you will have to delete the photo /video manually :)

Usually when you choose a folder via the desktop app and close out of it, the next session of transfers that you make, and the dialog box comes up, it should be the last folder you choose.
You can also open the folder you want tot transfer to and click and drag your photos directly to that folder via the desktop app :) this is a really convient method of transferring your photos using the desktop app.
Also just to note we have a backup feature for our desktop app when transferring from device to computer. This is an excellent feature if you want to have your photos backed up on your device.

Is the existing album on your Mac a photos album that you have setup? and your not trying to send them to iPhoto (for example)?
Are you using the web browser or the desktop app to transfer these photos? If you haven't already, I would recommend installing our free desktop app for Mac.
I would like to recommend that you please close out our app. Launch your photos app first and then launch our app and then try to transfer your photos to your desired location on your Mac and see if that helps. Sometimes your photo library on your device itself just needs to be updated.

To authorize our app to access your photos, If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON.
For iOS6 the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.
You can also uninstall and reinstall the apps on both devices and then when the prompt asks you to access your photos, then please make sure you press "yes" option :)
