Not Able to Find iPhone
Have iPhone 5s with app and the helper app on Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center. Cannot find any devices even when I enter the IP address of the phone manually. I'm on the same wifi network at home. I can't access the phone via browser either. I have setup Windows Firewall to allow the Photo Transfer App. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to assist you.
Make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer and that you are on the latest version of the app which is version 4.5 for iDevices. Just to clarify; you are using the desktop app? www.phototransferapp.com/desktop
I would like to suggest touch "Discover Devices" button a couple of times as sometimes it may take a couple of attempts for the app to discover the devices. Also you can close out the app and start it again, that will force the app to 'broadcast' itself on the network again and then touch "discover devices" button on the other device to try to re-discover it.
Another solution you can attempt: Please reset your wifi network and then join the network again from the devices. You can also try using the manual entry option on the Windows App to see if that helps alleviate the issue you are experiencing with not being able to find the devices.
