What is the length/size of the videos that you are attempting to transfer? Did you take the videos with your iPhone 5? Or did you happen to import them from another device or sync them with iTunes?

No problem at all! Did you sync those albums with iTunes per-chance? If so, you will have to use iTunes to unsync those albums to essentially delete them.

Thank you for sending us your inquiry.

If you want to delete an album off your device, you will have to do so manually from the Photos App.

1. Tap Photos
2. Tap "Albums" from the list of options along the bottom of the screen to display the albums set up on your device.
3. Tap "Edit" in the upper right corner of the screen. A red circle with a white horizontal line in it displays to the left of any albums that where created directly on the iPhone and not synced with your device through iTunes.
4. Tap the red circle to the left of any albums you want to delete to display a Delete button to the right of that album name. An action menu displays at the bottom of the screen.
5. Tap "Delete Album" to remove the album, and all of the pictures in the album, from your iPhone. If the pictures are on your iPhone as part of other albums, they'll still exist in those albums.

When you attempt to transfer your photos, what type of error are you getting? can you please give us the exact error? Or perhaps provide a screenshot?

Also does it always stop at 47? or is it at no particular photo it seems to error out on?

Thanks for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to help you.

What iOS are you running on your iPad Mini? The app shouldn't be crashing or hanging but it could depend on how many photos/videos you are transferring. How many photos/videos did you attempt to transfer?

Also make sure that you are as close to your wifi router as possible when you are attempting to transfer your photos/videos to ensure there's no disruption with the transfer.

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I apologies for the long delay in responding back to you here.

Did you perhaps sync them with iTunes? If so, they might've been synced off your device. Our app cannot remove or delete anything off your device after / before transfer so there's most likely another reason as to why your photos are not there.

If you used our desktop app then your photos should've saved to the folder you selected to have your photos transferred to. If you used the web browser, your photos would've downloaded as a zip file. You will then need to extract the zip file ( right click -> extract all ). Did our app indicate that the transfer was successful?

Are you using Windows XP or 7? Or are you using Windows 8? The reason why the app shows in iTunes is that's for your apps for your iPad. For our desktop app to download and use on your computer you can find here: www.phototransferapp.com/desktop

When you are talking about the options turned off for the photos and camera, what options are you referring to?

The photos that you are attempting to transfer, where they taken with your device?Or where they transferred over via another source? I would like to recommend that you please close out our app, turn off / on your device, then launch your photos app first and then launch our app and attempt to transfer all your photos from your computer to device. It may just need a quick refresh / restart.
