We're glad to hear you are enjoying our app, thank you! In regards to your question unfortunately yes. The Apple store and Google Market ( as well as iPhone/iPad and Androids ) are two different platforms and require coding of separate apps for both so if you want them on your Android and your iOS devices, you will have to pay for both.

However, our app is a universal app! Which means when you buy it for one or both devices, if you have similar devices then you will not need to pay for it again as long as you use your Google play account or iTunes account.

I apologies for the delay in response!

If you can see them via the Photos App on the iPad then you can transfer them from the iPad to the computer via Photo Transfer App!

When photos that are synced with iTunes is when they can't be deleted from the device using the "Photos App". You can only delete them by unsyncing them from iTunes.

Are you using the same wifi network as before when the app was working? What did you use to take your photos with and what are the resolution / size of the photos you are attempting to transfer?

Something you can try is, please close out our app, open up your camera, take a quick photo, open up your photos app first and then open our app and attempt to transfer the newly created photo. Please let me know if you have issues transferring this photo or if it still freezes.

Another thing you can try is turning off / on your device and then open your photos app first and then our app and attempt your transfer. Also make sure you are as close to your wifi router as possible.

Did you want to delete photos from your device? If so you will have to do so manually from the photos app on your device as our app cannot delete or modify anything off your device :)

Are you using the backup feature or are you manually downloading your photos from your iPhone to computer? You can manually choose what photos you want to transfer and to what destination on your Windows computer directly :)

If you want them to appear in a specific order, you should be able to choose them in the order you would like them to be viewed and they should transfer in that order :)

Yes, they can be rearranged! To rearrange your photos you will have to open the photos app and then tap on "edit". Tap and hold on the photo and you should be able to move it around to a particular place you'd like them to be.

Are the videos in a .mov format or .mp4 format on your computer? What did you use to take the videos with originally? Make sure that you keep the app running while you are attempting to locate your photos / videos to transfer.

Did you navigate to the folder where your videos are stored?

I would recommend installing the Windows Client for normal windows from our web page: http://phototransferapp.com/win

That should be more intuitive to be able to select and find your videos! You will have to know the place on the hard drive where your videos are located :)

When you transfer photos using our app, they will be organized how Apple displays new photos. Your new photos should appear at the bottom of the album / camera roll when you scroll down.

If you want them to be transferred in a certain order, you should be able to go into the folder that your photos are stored in, select them in the order you want them to appear and they should transfer in that order.
