Our app is a universal app so when you purchase the app for one iOS device then you will not have to purchase it again for another iOS devices you may have as long as you use the same iTunes account you used to originally purchase the app with.

You should be able to go to the App store, look for our app and then from there you should be able to install it :)

My apologies for the delay in response!

In regards to your inquiry: When you transfer from iPhone to iPad all the header data (like timestamp, GPS, etc) should be retained on photos and videos. How are you reading the time and date of your videos on your iPad/iPhone? One important thing is to transfer the videos and photos from iPhone to iPad using the app on both devices.

What version of our app are you running on your device? The latest version of our app is currently 4.6. Make sure that you are running the latest version.

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to assist you with our app.

If you open the App store on your iPad you should be able to tap on Updates. From there, if our app is listed, you should be able to then update the app directly by tapping on install or update all at the top.

Once the update is complete, there should be a dot below the app indicating that it's an update (if you are using iOS 7.0 or higher).

Our app cannot remove or modify anything on your device so if you want to delete any photos off your device you will have to do so manually through the photos app. If you tap on the photos app, then tap on edit you should then be allowed to delete or edit your photos :)

When transferring our photos using the web browser, you are able to choose between a medium resolution or a full resolution. This option is still available even with the latest update of our app :) Are you experiencing issues with our app?

Currently this isn't possible with our app to transfer to an iPod Nano. Our app does not work with iPod nano's.

Currently this is not possible on the current version of Photo Transfer App. You can transfer photos in Medium resolution ( using the web interface ) to get photos with filters and edit but not via our desktop app.

Our next update should be able to do this in a couple of weeks!

You can re-enable it, yes! What iOS are you using on your device? For iOS6 ( or higher ) the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6.

Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Let me know if this works! If not, then you may need to restart our app. To restart our app just double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.

When you first installed our app, did you allow our app authorization to access your photos? I would like to recommend that you double check to make sure you have allowed authorization for our app to access your photos.

If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON. For iOS6 and higher the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app and try again.
