Our app does transfer videos over a wifi network, however, we recommend for large videos ( those over a gig or more ) to hook up the USB cable and sync them via iTunes to your computer. We suggest this because large video files may take a while to transfer over a wifi network and as a result, could ping out or timeout your transfer which will result in it not transferring over successfully.
We don't have control over the bandwidth transfers over USB as that has to do directly with your device and Apple's software :)

First and foremost, my apologies for the long delay in response! I will be more then happy to assist you with our app and I'm sorry that you are experiencing issues!
Photos that are saved to the Camera roll are automatically saved to your Photo Stream. This is how Apple designed Photo stream to work, making photos saved to a device automatic and get added to your Photo Stream as a form of conveniently backing up your photos via the "cloud".
In regards to the crashing issue you are experiencing, what type of photos are you sending to your iPad? Are you using our web browser or our desktop app?
Please let me know the above, I will be more then happy to help you and hopefully alleviate the issues you are experiencing and provide a better one!

Apple doesn't allow third party apps to remove or modify anything on your device :) So you will have to manually delete your photos. To do so, open your photos app, tap on edit and from there you can delete albums or photos / videos at your leisure. This should help you free up space on your device! ( note: make sure that your photos transfer from one device to the other before deleting )

Did our app successfully install on your iPad? You can use the search feature on your iPad to search for our Photo Transfer App.
If you do not locate it, you can download it again from the App store. Launch the app store, look for our app in the search bar and then reinstall it :) You won't be charged again to reinstall it as long as you use the same iTunes account.

Sometimes it takes a few attempts to discover your device on a network. Make sure that you do not have anything streaming like skype and that you are as close to your wifi router as possible to ensure a strong connection.

Our app only has access to your Google Drive via the in app plugin. If you can, can you download your photos from Google+ to your iPad and then from there, transfer them via Google Drive? If you have access to a computer, you can download your photos via Google+ by saving them and then from there, use our app to transfer them to your iPad.

As of right now, our app does not support transferring to Facebook directly. However, you can use our app to transfer photos from your computer, to your device via our app and then from there you can launch the native Facebook app. Tap on upload photos and then you should be able to upload your photos directly to Facebook.
I would also like to suggest to use our other app 'Cloud gallery' which will allow you to download photos from Facebook to your device :)
