App Hung
When transferring Photos and Videos from Ipad Mini to Windows 7 PC the program on the iPad Mini hung with no way out. Closed App and looking at PC it looks as if all photos and videos have including the one shown on the "Hung" screen had been transferred. Is this a known bug?

What iOS are you running on your iPad Mini? The app shouldn't be crashing or hanging but it could depend on how many photos/videos you are transferring. How many photos/videos did you attempt to transfer?
Also make sure that you are as close to your wifi router as possible when you are attempting to transfer your photos/videos to ensure there's no disruption with the transfer.

Sorry for not responding earlier. Did you use the backup feature to transfer all those files or did you manually transfer them? Also, please check that your iPad has enough free space as the app may need to use some space to create temporary files during the transfer.
You can also double check that all files are transferred by matching the number of photos on each folder to the number of photos on your albums in the iPad.
