Where your devices connected to the same wifi network as your PC? sometimes it takes a few attempts to discover your devices when transferring from device to computer or visa versa.

Are you on a home wifi network or a public network?

Unfortunately our desktop app downloads in full resolution and not medium resolution. Please try using the web interface instead of the desktop app and then select to download in medium resolution. This should allow you to get your edited versions off your device!

Thank you for posting your question here, I apologies for the delay in response!

Our app can only transfer from Device to computer, computer to device and device to device. As of right now, our app doesn't support transferring from Computer to Computer. Also our app is only available on Android, Kindle and Apple tablets so you won't be able to use our app to transfer to your Levonon tablet. Or do you have an iPad mini?

Thank you for sending us your question here on the forum, my apologies for the delay in response!

Our app can currently transfer from device to computer, computer to device and device to device. Our app cannot transfer to a wifi external HD or HD directly. You can however use our app to transfer to your computer through wifi and then you should be able to move them to your HD directly.

Does the error state that it cannot connect to your devices via your wifi network? Or what does the exact error say?

Make sure you are as close to your wifi router as possible when attempting to connect, also make sure you keep the app running when attempting to transfer via our app to your Mac.

Do you have the latest version on your iPod Touch?

What type of photos are you trying to transfer and what format are they in? Please make sure that you are as close to your wifi router as possible to avoid any network interruptions when transferring your photos!

You need to create your album on your Mac first and then from there, you should be able to use our app and then transfer your photos to your desired Album on your Mac :)

Did you discover your devices successfully before you attempted your transfer? Make sure you keep the app running and have it installed on both devices. Do you have this problem with the desktop app only? Or the web browser?

Note: Our app was designed to transfer shorter movies recorded on your device to/from device to/from computer, or another device. Our app isn't designed to handle huge video transfers like movies.
