Thanks for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to assist you with our app.
If your video is in a .mov format or .mp4 (native idevice format) then your video's should transfer. What is the exact error you are getting? compatible issues?
Also what is the length / size of your video you are attempting to transfer? Just something to note. Any videos that are larger then a gig, we recommend transferring via iTunes only because that's a fairly large video to attempt to transfer over a wifi network and it may timeout in the middle of trying to transfer :)

If you want to transfer from your iPad to your Android then yes, you have to have the app installed on both devices. Our app is a universal app :) So once you purchase it for both devices and you want to put it on another iOS or Android device, as long as you use the same account you used to originally purchase the app, then you will not have to pay again to install it!

My apologies for the long delay in response!
When you attempt to backup this large video file, are you getting an error message? Or does it just sit there idle trying to upload the video? Make sure you are as close to your wifi router as possible and that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer the video. If it times out, then it won't complete the transfer.
For such a large video, you could try hooking up your device to your computer via the USB cable and using iTunes to sync that particular video.

My apologies for the misunderstanding!
As of right now, there isn't an automated way to use our backup feature. So when you want to backup your photos or albums, then you need to do so manually.
Our app will back up your photos in the order in which they where taken. You can organize your photos after you back them up and then from there, go into the folder where your photos are stored and make sub folders within those folders. So when you run the backup, it won't save over per-exsisting images. So it will skip duplicates. So when you backup again, it should just backup the new photos.
When you attempt to backup, are you getting an error message? If so, what is the error message?

Our app is not designed to transfer music only Photos and Videos at this current moment! This is a popular request, however, so it's an avenue we have been looking into! Can you please tell me the make and model of your wifi router? There could be a configuration issue that might be bumping heads with our app that is preventing the connection.

When our app discovers your devices successfully, your devices name should show up in the list of devices on the left hand side, allowing you to choose from them. So it should look like this:
Are you getting this same error message when you attempt to use the web browser as well? Sometimes it takes a few attempts to discover your devices. So I would like to recommend that you please hit "discover devices" a few more times to see if it finds your device on the network.
Also make sure that your iDevice is connected to the same wifi network and that you have it running on your device.

What are the sizes of your photos that you are trying to view on your iPhone? Did you take them on your iPhone? Also, are you using our web browser or the desktop app to transfer and is it in those applications of our app your not seeing your photos properly? Or is it within our app directly?
I would recommend closing out our app, launch your photos app first and then launch our app on your iPhone again and then attempt to transfer your desired photos. Please let me know if the thumbnails continue to load in error.
