Dear David,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app.
The error you described usually means that the photo catalog on the iPhone is not up to date. I would recommend you to try to open the 'Photos' app on the receiving device before you start a transfer to make sure that the photo catalog is up to date. Opening the photos app forces the database to get updated, then, try to transfer your videos again using our app. Sometimes the photo database needs to be updated before a transfer takes place otherwise the 'Photos' app interface returns an error.
If that does not work then, try this:
1. Open the 'Settings' app on your device (iPhone and iPad) and scroll down until you find our app ('Transfer')
2. Change the switch for 'Use old saving APIs' to ON and close the settings app.
Doing this will tell our application to use the old programming interfaces provided by Apple to save your photos. It looks like the new programming interface provided in the last SDK is having some problems with certain photos/videos. I hope that will fix the problem you are having. Let me know when you have a chance to try this out.
I hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes. I will be very happy to assist you.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Hello!
That's a nice idea! Thank you. There are people who have asked us about being able to send photos to another person who may not be close by and this would allow them to send multiple photos at once. The only issue would be the size of the zip file, there are some email providers that will reject any email over 10MB in size. If you include more than 10 photos then the file will be big and the email may get rejected.
We will think about this and see how we can go around this limitation. Maybe only allowing 'medium resolution' photos to be sent over email could work. We have couple of other ideas about sending photos to a person who is far (not in the same network) but we are still validating them.
For now, we need to digest all the new announcements that Apple made today for iOS5. There are a ton of changes and we need to see how they will impact our app and the new releases that we were planning.
Thanks again for all your nice suggestions and for your answers in the forum!! :)
All the best,
Enrique

Hello,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having trouble with the app.
On the last version of the iPhone OS (iOS4.3) Apple changed the settings screen a bit. The location services are now on the main menu on the Settings app right under 'Notifications'. Sorry about the confusion, please enable location services for our app to be able to read and transfer your photos.
I hope this helps you. Let me know if you need more help. I will be glad to assist you.
Best regards,
Enrique

Hello,
Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. What type of JPG files were you trying to transfer? Were they in very high resolution?

Hi Art,
Thanks for posting your question here. We don't have an app to transfer from Mac to Mac directly. However, you should be able to transfer files from one computer to another relatively easily if they are both on the same network using file sharing. Here is a link that explains how to setup file sharing on Mac:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1549?vi...
I hope this is useful. Please let us know if we can help with something else.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Dear Lourdes,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm really sorry you are having problems with the app.
That's an strange problem. I would recommend you to try 2 things. The first one is to open the 'Photos' app on your iPad before opening our app. This is to make sure that the photo database is updated before opening our app. So, open the Photos app, close it and then open our application.
The second thing to try is to check that 'location services' are activated for our application. To do this, open the 'Settings' app on your iPad and then touch the 'General' settings and finally 'Location services'. Then, scroll down and make sure that our app 'Transfer' is ON.
I hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes after you try these things. I will be very happy to assist you. (Hablo espaniol si prefieres)

Dear Mark,
Thanks for posting your question here. I'm glad to hear you like the app.
You can delete multiple photos from your iPad from the 'Saved Photos' album only but not from other albums. For the photos stored on other albums you have to connect to your computer and sync your iPad.
To delete from the 'Saved Photos' album please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Albums view
2. Select "Saved Photos"
3. Touch the arrow box icon at the top right
4. Select the photos you wish to delete
5. When all of the photos you want to delete are marked, touch "Delete" at the top left
I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you have any other question or comment. I will be very happy to help you.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Dear Don,
Thanks for posting your comment here. I'm really sorry to hear the app is not what you expected. Currently we actually support transferring up to 112 photos at one time and by modifying a setting on the app you can increase that limit as well.
However, we have made the decision that for now we would like to provide the functionality of transferring small batches of photos efficiently and realiably without having to require people to install extra software on their computer. To be able transfer 16,000 photos would require having a piece of software running on the computer side to control the transfer as it may take several hours to move all photos over a wireless connection. So for now we have decided to specialize our app on small batches of photos until we can provide a 100% reliable solution to transfer thousands of photos over wifi.
This limit is actually described on the fourth bullet point of our app description on iTunes. But again, I'm sorry our app was not what you were looking for. Please let us know if you have any further question or comment.
Kind regards,
Enrique
