Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry it took us so long to respond to your question. We've been busy finalizing an update of the app but now is finally ready and Apple is currently reviewing it. In this update we addressed the issue with RAW+JPG transfers. The updated version should be able to handle the download of both RAW and JPG files separately.

The update should be out sometime next week (Apple takes several days to review apps). Let us know if you have any other question or comment.

Dear Lizaf,

Thanks for posting your question here. Sorry for not responding earlier. Our app requires a wifi connection to transfer your photos from your computer to your iPhone and vice versa. Apple does not provide a way for apps to access data via the USB cable (other than from iTunes) so we need a wifi connection to transfer your photos.

Thanks for posting your question here. Yes, Photo Transfer App transfers videos in both directions, from PC to iPad 2 and from iPad 2 to computer. Please note that when transferring videos from PC to iPad the video needs to be in the right format (MOV or M4V) and that the video needs to be smaller than 400MB in size.

Thanks for posting your comment. Sorry for not responding earlier. Yes, you can definitely transfer videos from iPad 2 to computer. You have to follow the same procedure as when transferring photos. First, select them from your iPad using the 'Select photos' button and then go to the address provided by the app. Once the transfer page loads you need to download each video individually. Please note that videos may be quite big in file size so the transfer may take couple of minutes.

Thanks for posting your question here. Sorry for not responding before.

Once the photos are saved on your iPad you should be able to open them using other apps. I'm not familiar with the 'Sketchbook' app but normally, photo editing apps have a way to import a photo from the 'Photos' app. Do you have a menu on the 'Sketchbook' app to import a photo from your photo albums? If not, then I would recommend to contact the developers of the app to ask them how to import a photo stored on your iPad into the app.
