Thanks for posting your problem here. I'm sorry about this issue with our application. We have confirmed a bug on the settings configuration of our app that is preventing the sound to be turned off. I sincerely apologize for this issue. We will fix it and put an update to the app store soon.

In the meantime you can simply lower or turn off the sound of your device while the transfer occurs. Again, we are sorry about this issue and we thank you for your patience.

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having trouble with the app.

Are you transferring from iPhone to iPad or from computer to iPad? Please note that photos and videos are transferred separately. If you are transferring from iPhone to iPad then you need to transfer the photos first and then videos (using the 'Get videos' on the receiving device). If you are transferring from computer to iPad then you need to use the 'Upload videos' button on the transfer web page to upload videos to your iPad.

I'm sorry you are still having problems with the app. So, I think what is happening is that your iPhone is actually not connected to your wifi network. The address 169.254.80.19 definitely looks like is a problem given that you have a 192.168 address on your computer.

Basically, when you connect a device to a network each device gets a unique address on the network (the IP address). Normally most home wifi routers give an address in this form: 192.168.1.X where X starts at 100 and continues up as more devices get connected to the network. If your iPhone was actually connected to the wifi network then our app should show you and address like: 192.168.1.101 for example.

So, what we need to find out is why your iPhone is not connecting to your wifi router correctly. Go to the 'Settings' app on your iPhone and then to the Wifi settings and try to join your wifi network again. Enter the password of the wifi router and then wait until the little wifi icon appears on the top left corner of the screen (next to the carrier's name).

If the little wifi icon appears but you still get the bad address on your iPhone then please send me the brand and model of your wifi router to research if there is anything special that needs to be changed on its configuration.

You are not the first one to ask for an alternative to Flash so we are definitely looking at how we can provide that, seems that HTML5 will not be hard to implement, the only issue would be browser compatibility so maybe for a while we will have both ways.

Thanks for posting a review about the app! From my experience, it takes a few hours for a review to show up on the app store so I would not worry if you can't see it immediately. Also, we've noticed that, for the last few days, the reviews have been not always showing up (all of them), it just looks like as if there were no reviews for the app so maybe Apple is changing something on their systems these days.
