Photos? Black screen!

I tried this app. Only two photos have saved. The rest are blank and I am completely unable to access any photos at all. My screen simply goes dark when I tap photos and my iPad will not respond. Why is this?

Dear Allyson,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having trouble with our app. That's quite strange issue, what type of photos did you transfer? Were they in very big resolution?

I would recommend you to try couple of things. First, turn off the iPad and turn it back on using the power button (hold it for a few seconds to turn the device off and on).

After you restart the iPad check if the 'Photos' app is back to normal. If you still have the same issue, you can try to sync your iPad with your computer using iTunes to see if that helps to rebuild the photo database. Maybe you can try adding a few photos to your iPad using the 'Photos' tab inside of iTunes (when you select your device) to make sure that the photo database is up to date.
