why wont my photo transfer app transfer vidoes from my sanyo camcorder to my apple ipod touch.any body any got the answer

Thanks for posting your question here. What format are the videos that your camera makes? Are they in MOV or M4V format or a different one? Please note that for now our app accepts MOV and M4V only. Let us know some extra details about the video files and the error message that you are getting when trying to transfer your videos. We will be happy to help.
