No data in the zipped files received from my iTouch.

Are you running the latest version of our app 3.1? Others where experiencing the same issue when they updated to iOS5.1 but not the app. Was there any error message when you extracted your empty zip file or was there just no content?

It could also be you need to clear your batch of files and refresh the library. To transfer new photos you can simply touch the 'Select photos & videos' button and then use the 'Clear' button to unselect the photos you had selected before - this does not delete your photos, it only clears your previous selection. This can refresh your selections and you can attempt to transfer again.

App version is 3.01 - downloaded today from iTunes

There was no error message when the files were transfered or extracted.

Clearing suggestion has not resolved the problem - jpg file contain no data

Hi Mike,

Can you try emailing one of those photos from the 'photos' app and see if you can get it on your inbox? We have seen some iPods and iPhones having an issue where the data for the full resolution image is not present after upgrading to iOS5. Let us know when you have a chance to email yourself a photo.

Hi Mike,

Seems like something happened during the update of iOS. You can google this problem and find some articles that explain how to resolve it, I think it was a common problem when upgrading from iOS3 to iOS4 or iOS5.
