I hope you were able to use the app. If you still have the same problem with the 'Loading albums' issue then you should also check that the location services are enabled for our app to make sure that the app can read your photo library (Apple requires location services to be enabled since your photos may be geotagged).

I hope you were able to solve your problem, the information provided by 'Ebcejio' was very good (Thanks @Ebcejio!). If you are trying to transfer from device to device then you need the app installed on both devices instead of using safari. If your devices are setup with the same iTunes account then you only need to pay for the app once to install it on both.

Sorry about the confusion. The problem you are having is different that the one that Amber described. The app is not recognizing your file as a valid type of asset because it can't be played on the iPad and our app is currently only accepting files that are playable on the iPad.

I just tried something similar as you described using a different format and realized that is an issue with our application. Our app should actually recognize that file even when is not playable by the iPad and should be able to transfer it. We will review this issue with more time and try to solve it for the next update of the app. I'm sorry about this issue. We will post something here when this is resolved.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. The app requires a Wifi connection to transfer your photos as described on our product page in the app store. If you are trying to transfer photos from iPhone or iPad to another iPhone or iPad you can also use the bluetooth connection.

Thanks for contacting us. Our app allows you to transfer videos from iPhone to iPad in the exact same format as they were taken. If you are seeing bars on the side it simply means that the iPhone video size does not exactly match the iPad screen and that's why you see the border as with any other videos taken with wide-screen HD.

When you transfer photos from iPhone to iPad the photos will be saved on the 'Photos' app of your iPad. Please look there after the transfer is finished.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. We are investigating the problem and we are about to send an update to Apple to solve these issues. In the meantime let's try one thing for the iPhone <> iPad transfers. Open the app on both devices. Then go to the Receive from Device screen on your iPad as you've been doing, if the app does not find a device then close our app and launch any other app, then just re-open our app and it should find your devices.

For the iMac transfers that should be working normally. Can you give us some details of the problem that you are seeing?

Thanks for contacting us. The way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. We are preparing an update to reflect this change. In the meantime, please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.
