Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. Let's verify a few things. First, open the 'Settings' app on your iPhone and then go to 'Privacy' and then into 'Photos', make sure that our app has access the switch turned on.

Then if that does not help. Please try taking a new photo with your iPhone then going to the 'Photos' app and then back to our app, that should ensure that the photo database on your device is up to date.

I'm sorry for not responding to you before! Did you update to the latest version of our app? The latest version is 3.4. One thing that may be happening is the change on the privacy settings on iOS6 that is causing the problem. Please follow these links and make sure that the privacy settings are activated for our app:

Thanks for contacting us. We published an update about a week ago that fixes this issue, the latest version is 3.4. Also, the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Hi Klaus,

Another quick suggestion is to make sure that 'Location Services' is enabled fo our app on your iPad 1 so we can read your albums. Apple requires apps reading the photo library to have Location Services enabled. Go to the 'Settings' app on your iPad 1 and then touch the "Location Services" to make sure the are ON for our app.

Dear Sarunas,

Thanks for contacting us. RAW files can be quite big depending on the resolution of your camera (~20MB each) so one thing that you may want to try is to select less files to transfer at one time, that way the transfer will take less time avoiding the timing out issue which is most likely due to the time the app needs to group the files together in the zip file. Please try with batches of a few files only and see if that helps you.

Hey... sorry for not responding earlier to this. We tried to release a feature that was using iCloud in a "creative" way that Apple did not like unfortunately so we are in the process of re-doing it without using iCloud which will take some more time. Sometimes Apple is too restrictive and controlling! :( Thanks for the help you've been providing in the forum! We appreciate it a lot!! :)

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. What is the file extension of the file? Is it .MOV? Did you take that video with the iPhone 4S?

Also, try opening the file with Quick Time on your Macbook, it should be able to open the movies taken with your iPhone 4S without an issue.
