Having problems

I used the app to successfully transfer photos from my iphone/ipad/computer and all worked very well. All devices are on the same broadband (my home one). I did this a few days ago.
However when I tried to do the same thing today (again all are connected via the same broadband - my home one) it tells me that there are no devices found in the wifi network, which is clearly inaccurate.
Can you please tell me what the issue is?

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be more then happy to help. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app.
Are you still using the same wifi network as before when the app worked? or, are you using a different wifi network? Please note that some public wifi networks at hotels or coffee shops are configured to block communication between devices. Please make sure that you keep the app running on your device and that you use the address that appears inside of the app, do not bookmark the address as it may change from time to time.
Also, if you continue having problems you could try to reset your wifi router and join the network again from your iPhone/iPad and your computer to make sure that all connections are refreshed.
