Instructions do not match tabs on my phome (IPHONE 4S)

My iPHONE 4S does not have the "Location" tab that is referenced in your instruction to SELECT photos to transfer. Please advise.

Thanks for posting here. I will be more then happy to assist you.

The location services has moved. It should be under -> settings -> location services -> scroll down to Transfer and make sure that it is selected to "on".
