App not working on ipad
I've installed this app on my iphone and my ipad. The app on my iphone seems to work fine. But the app on my ipad opens to the intro only and does let me access any of the functions. I've tried deleting and re-installing the app, as well as switching off and on my ipad but the app is still stuck on the intro. Please help.

Please make sure that you have the latest version on both your iPhone and iPad. The latest version of our app is version 4.0. Make sure that you have the latest version on both. To check just open our app and hit the "about" tab. From there you will be able to see what version of the app you are running.

One note to this. It seems that we have an issue with the introduction screen when your iPad is still running iOS4.3. The solution to this is to update your iPad to iOS5 or iOS6 which are the most recent versions of the operating system published by Apple. To do that please connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync and update to iOS5 or iOS6.
