A Strange Error Message when trying to transfer photos
I get this error message when I try to transfer photos from my galaxy phone to my ipad. "This operation could not be completed. JSON_parser_error_domain_error 6" Anything to do with my new IOS 7 update?
It was working fine before. I have rebooted ....can you help?

Do you have enough space on your iPad? Please make sure that you have enough space on your iPad or the transferring device while you are attempting to transfer your photos or videos.
Also make sure that you are running the latest version of our app which is 4.3. Please let me know if the suggestion above helped or if you continue to experience issues!
