Just bought Photo Transfer App today, and downloaded the app for iMac. Copying photos from iMac to iPad only works via the web browser, not via the app.
Any suggestions? thank you.

Photo Transfer App
I have the same problem. i load the iMac app and it discovers my iPad (not my iPhone sitting next to it!) but that is all. It does not show any means of transferring photos from the iMac to the iPad, which is what I bought it for. I had to use the web transfer but this is so clunky and tedious. Can you help please.
Hello Anthony!

Sorry for the delay in response!

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the app on your iPhone and iPad. The latest version is 4.01. Also make sure you have enabled the right privacy settings.

To Check Privacy Settings
If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON.

For iOS6 the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':
iPhone:

iPad:

Please let me know if this helps!
