Transferring Video from Mac to IPad

Hi, I recently purchased your phototransferapp and am experiencing problems when transferring from my MacBook running on OSX 10.8.2 to my IPad 2.
When transferring videos starts to upload but right at the end the App on my IPad closes and no video is uploaded.
I have tried uploading and downloading photos with no problems.
Does anyone have this problem?
Any ideas how to fix?

I would recommend that you turn off / on your device and when your device boots up, launch the photos app first and then launch our app. I would recommend that you try your transfer again. Is your video in a .mov format? What did you originally take the video with?

Are you using our Mac app? Or are you using the web interface to transfer between mac and iPad? If you do not have the mac app I would recommend giving that a try. You can download it for free here: www.phototransferapp.com/mac

What is the format and source of the video that you are trying to upload. Also make sure that your file name has no spaces in the file name. If it does make sure to remove them.

Depending on the format of the video on the iPad, it may not be able to save/play that video.
