How do I find out what version I have on my Mac?

The help desk has suggested I update to version 4.5. I don't recall installing this update, but maybe I did. How can I find out what version I have on my Mac? on my iPhone 4? on my iPad2?

Carole here again. I can now see that my phone and iPad are version 4. 5. However, my Mac is version 2.5 or something. How can I update my Mac when there is no update listed in my usual Update listing?

Thank you for posting your questions with us, I will be happy to assist you!

The latest version for the desktop app for the Mac is version 2.1. If you are running 2.1 then you are running the latest version of the mac app. If you launch our desktop app and click on "about" this should tell you what version of our app your running.

If you are experiencing issues with the Mac app you can still use the web browser to transfer your photos via our app.
