Big problem with loading pictures

Good evening, I just bought this app but I'm having problems with picture loading on both devices.
I have download the latest version of the app, 4.0
I have the new ipad 3 running ios 5.1.1 and iphone 4s running ios 5.1.1
On both devices i can't switch on the localization service because the app is not in the list.
It doesn't appear on the list of the installed app also.
If I try to select pictures it appears "loading albums" and goes on for a long long time but nothing appens.
Refreshed the albums but nothing

Any ideas?

I apologies for the delay in response!

Have you considered updating to the latest iOS for your iPad 3 and iPhone 4s? The latest version is iOS6.

I would recommend that you turn off / on your devices, launch your photos app first then launch our app again. Then click/tap on 'discover devices' a few times. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to establish connection and allowing your wifi network to pick up the broadcast of your device(s).

Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? You can give that a try and see if that alleviates the problem. If you use the same iTunes account you won't be charged twice to install the app again :)

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you! I am sorry you are experiencing issues with the app.

If the location services doesn't show up then please look under general -> restrictions to check if the changes to the configuration is turned to ON. When restrictions menu is activated it will not show in the location services menu.

You could also try closing out the app, make sure you are not running any other programs in the background, launch your photos app first to refresh the database and then launch our app and see if you can transfer. I would recommend transferring maybe a small batch just to test it out.

There are no restrictions on, the changes to the configurations is turned on.
It still not showing up in any list on the idevices.
There's no chance to select any photo or album. Same as before.
Please help!!!
