transfer Mac to iPad no album found

I get to the point where it shows on the iPad the screen to tell me it is connected and on the Mac it finds my iPad but there I am stuck

Thank you for contacting us, I will be happy to help you! I'm sorry you are having issues with the app!

I would recommend that you close out our app and launch your Photos app first and then launch our app. Sometimes the library database just needs to be refreshed. Once you've launched our app attempt your transfer again!

If it doesn't work can you please let me know if there are any error messages you are receiving. If so, what are they :)
