The download to my pc stops in the middle of transferring. The Photo Transfer App on the pc stops responding.

I apologies for the long delay in response!

I would recommend that you please close out our app, turn off / on your device. Launch your photos app first and then please launch our app. After launching our app attempt your transfer again.

Are you transferring videos or photos? What did you use to take the photo's with? Also what iOS are you running and what version of our app are you running on your device? We just pushed an update for our app which is currently 4.3.
