Recognising Iphone from Windows XP with BT internet

My app worked perfectly on my Windows XP and Iphone untilI changed to BT internet . Now it does not recognise the Iphone. Help please. P. Sabel

I'm sorry for the delay in response. Have you tried turning off / on your wireless router? This will ensure that your router has a fresh connection and rebroadcasts your wifi to your device. Please turn off / on your wifi on your iPhone and reconnect to the same network. Please let me know if this works or if you continue to have issues connecting!
