I'm sorry to hear about your video! Our app doesn't store or keep your photos or videos when transferred through our app. So unfortunately there isn't a way that it can be retrieved via our app. Did you perhaps sync it to your computer via iTunes and could it be stored on your computer?

Our app cannot transfer directly from iPhoto to your iPad. However our app can transfer photos that are stored in a photo folder on your Mac to transfer to your iPad Mini.

You can purchase our in app plugins by tapping on sending or receiving, swiping to the left and the plugins should show up. Once you tap on a plugin, if you haven't already purchased it, you will be prompted to purchase the app and you can do so directly within our app.

Our app cannot modify nor delete anything off your device so if you want to delete photos then you will have to do so manually from your Photos app directly :)

When transferring with our app, our app doesn't modify anything on your device or the photos, they are transferred exactly as they appear and where taken.

Our app can only transfer from your iPhone to computer / computer to iPhone and not directly to iPhoto. So if you are transferring from iPhone to computer, you will need to transfer your photos to a photos folder on your computer then from there you should be able to import them directly into iPhoto itself. So are you trying to get them to show in iPhoto on your iPhone? or computer?

Our app can transfer individual photos or the photos that are stored in an album in it's entirety.

iPhone to Computer: There is a Select All button at the top of our app when you are selecting your photos to transfer. So when you choose the photos you want to transfer, just tap on "select all". This should select the photos on that page to transfer.

From computer to iPhone: To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iDevice you need to press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time.
