MacBook Pro to IPad III. Cannot transfer short Video.

Cannot transfer .mov (video) files from MacBook Pro to Ipad 3. I can transfer photos to the Ipad, but no luck moving video to the iPad. It will stall on "waiting for device" for a few minutes. I have tried using very small video files (3 secs), no luck. Sometimes the app on the Mac will just crash and I get an error message.
I bought this app specifically to transfer video.

Please make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer your video. What is the length/size of the video you are attempting to transfer? Also make sure it is in a .mov format.

Another suggestion would be to close out the app, launch your photos app first and then launch our app to see if you are then able to transfer your videos.

Hi,

One more suggestion to Amber's response. Please try renaming your video removing the spaces in the file name (if there are any), we have detected an issue with video files that have spaces in the file name. We are releasing an update to fix this issue soon.
