Not up loading photos to existing album on Mac

Thank you for contacting us, I will be happy to assist you! I am sorry you are having problems with the app and loading your albums.

Is the existing album on your Mac a photos album that you have setup? and your not trying to send them to iPhoto (for example)?

Are you using the web browser or the desktop app to transfer these photos? If you haven't already, I would recommend installing our free desktop app for Mac.

I would like to recommend that you please close out our app. Launch your photos app first and then launch our app and then try to transfer your photos to your desired location on your Mac and see if that helps. Sometimes your photo library on your device itself just needs to be updated.
