Error about version of app

Trying to transfer pictures from iphone4 to ipad or my PC with windows 7 keep getting error message: there was an error getting the photos selected on the device selected. Please verify your network connection and make sure that you are running the latest version of this app on both devices

Are you running the latest version of our app on your iPhone 4 and iPad? The latest version of our app is 4.6. So if you open our app, tap on the about icon that will tell you what version of our app you are running :)

For your PC are you running the desktop app perchance? Or are you using the web browser to transfer?

I do have the same version on all devices. I did get to transfer pictures from phone to ipad but not to my PC which is the device I need them on to burn to a disk. When I tried again today to transfer to PC by using the desktop app it would not connect to my ipad. The PC could not find any device to connect too.

Hello Viator,

Where your devices connected to the same wifi network as your PC? sometimes it takes a few attempts to discover your devices when transferring from device to computer or visa versa.

Are you on a home wifi network or a public network?

Yes same wifi on home computer
