empty zip file on PC anfter transfer! iOS is updated so that is not the problem!

Are you running the latest version of our app 3.0? Others where experiencing the same issue when they updated to iOS5 but not the app. Did you download your photos in batches of 100 photos? Was there any error message when you extracted your empty zip file or was there just no content?

It could also be you need to clear your batch of files and refresh the library. To transfer new photos you can simply touch the 'Select photos & videos' button and then use the 'Clear' button to unselect the photos you had selected before - this does not delete your photos, it only clears your previous selection. This can refresh your selections and you can attempt to transfer again.

I have exact same symtoms... Files are selected but screen looks different that help shows and each time I get an empty zip file.
