Cannot access camera roll at all from anywhere
When I try to access my camera roll in the iPad app, the app shuts down immediately. When I try to access it from the Mac app, I get an error that says "an error occurred communicating with the device. Please make sure the device is connected to the same wifi network and that photo transfer app is still running on the device." (both apps are open, both macbook and ipad are on the same wifi network)

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. This may happen if the photo database on the iPad is out of date. Please do this, take a photo with your iPad or take a screenshot of the iPad screen (pressing the power and home button at the same time) and then open the photos app. This makes sure that the photo library is updated and then try to open our app again to select photos.
