ZIP files wont open, timing out between devices
Hi There,
Communication between ipad and mac through app interface is time outing all the time and unable to transfer while web interface works fine. But non of zip files can be unarchived as it gives me a : UNABLE YTO EXPAND, ERROR 1-OPERATION NOT PERMITTED. I am working with raw files and downloading them in batches of 100 or smth. Is there a possibility of corrupted zip archives etc? thanks

Thanks for contacting us. RAW files can be quite big depending on the resolution of your camera (~20MB each) so one thing that you may want to try is to select less files to transfer at one time, that way the transfer will take less time avoiding the timing out issue which is most likely due to the time the app needs to group the files together in the zip file. Please try with batches of a few files only and see if that helps you.
