iPhone 5 to ipad2 problem

I am having a problem getting my iPhone 5 to communicate with an ipad 2. We get the message 'please authorise the connection on 'null' and try again'. Help! What do I do?

Hi Files,

Thanks for contacting us. If you had the app installed on your device from before (more than a few days) then please make sure that you update the app on your iPad and on your iPhone, the latest version is v4.0. So, just touch the 'About' button on the main screen of the app and then verify that you have version 4.0 or our app on iPhone and iPad. To update the app just go to the 'App Store' app on your device and touch the 'Updates' tab.
