Thank you for posting your question here with us, I apologies for the long delay in response back to you!

The Photo Transfer app has three in app plugins available! Flickr, Dropbox and Google Drive. You can transfer to / from these services from our app directly! As it is right now our app doesn't transfer to Google + directly or to Picasso but it can transfer to your Dropbox account and any folder/album within that account.

In regards to streaming to multiple accounts for Google, you will have to sign out and sign into any desired Google Account you want to transfer your photos too.

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be more then happy to assist you with our app and the questions you inquired about!

The reason why you see the duplicates is because that is how Apple decided to handle "albums" when they introduced them in the last major iOS update. We wish it was handled differently but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about it. We are looking into potential fixes for this but for now, that's how your photos will transfer if transferred to an album by going into the Camera Roll as well.

Another thing you could try as well is to uninstall the app and reinstall it and see if the crashing persists.

Firstly you might want to make sure you are as close to your wifi router as possible and try transferring 1 large video at a time.

It's most likely timing out because of your wifi connectivity. So ensure that you are as close as your router as possible and please try the transfer again.

1. What happens when you attempt to go to our website www.phototransferapp.com? You actually don't need that URL to transfer. You should be prompted to go to www.connect.phototransferapp.com if you are using the web browser.

We also have a free desktop app you can download from our website as well.

2. Once you download our app you need to authorize our app to access the Photos APp on that iPad. From there you should be able to connect ( make sure you are on the same wifi as your computer ) and then transfer them to your computer directly.

As it is, in iOS8 they got rid of the Camera roll and now have a recently added which only shows saved photos in the last 30 days. We are working on an update that will provide a way to select all photos. We hope the update will be ready by next week!

In regards to the crashing, can you please turn off / on your device and then please launch the Photo Transfer App again and try to transfer photos? Perhaps try a small batch of 1 - 5 photos?

Also are you running into the problem with the desktop app or the web browser?

As it is right now, our app can only sync between iOS device and iOS device via Bluetooth. Right now bluetooth between Android and iPad is currently not an option that works with our app because of the two different platforms.

We hope that this is something we can enable for future updates with our app!

We do not have an official size limit when transferring videos, however, transferring fairly large videos ( usually anything over a gig ) we recommend transferring / syncing with iTunes.

The reason for this is because large videos might timeout while transferring over a wifi network and therefore, the transfer may not go through which will result in the video not transferring 100%.

So you might want to sync that larger video via iTunes and see if you still have problems!
