Make sure you are as close to your wifi router as possible when attempting to make the transfer. Are you on a home network or a public network?

If you are using a home network, and still have connectivity problems you may want to turn off/on your wifi router. This will reset the network and give a fresh broadcast of your network. Then try again.

If you just updated to iOs8.0+ then I would like to recommend that you please restart your device and then after restarting it, launch our app and attempt to rediscover your devices.

Are you on a home wifi network or a public network? Make sure your devices are on the same wifi network while you attempt to discover them.

Please let me know if this suggestion helps or if you still have problems with the app discovering your devices!

Did you just update to iOS8.1? If so, try restarting your device to make sure all the networking discovery is refreshed.

Where those photos taken with the iPhone itself or imported from somewhere else? Where the photos in a Photo stream folder? If so Apple resizes photos when they are stored in the Photo Stream as they don't keep original ones.

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to help you.

Usually by default it goes to your "Downloads" folder or your "Desktop". Also note you do not need to download any program to open a .zip file from your computer. You should be able to right click on the .zip file and select "extract all files". It will extract them to the same folder/location where you had the file but it will be in another folder titled the exact same.

If you open your search feature on your computer you should be able to look for photos.zip and from there, you should be able to locate the zip file.

Yes, my apologies! I suggest that you restart the router to make sure that the devices are refreshed on the network. Also, after the update to iOS8.0.2 some devices need a restart for the networking discovery to start working again. So if you turn the device off/ on this should hopefully resolve the issue!

Did you ensure that both your iPhone and iPad are on the same wifi network. Are you getting an error message when you try to transfer your photos? Also just to clarify, are you able to view the photos on both iPhone and iPad?
