Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be more then happy to assist you with our app. I'm sorry about the app crashing on you!

What version of OS are you running on your Mac and is it only occurring whenever you discover the device? Have you been able to get past that point? Sometimes it takes a few attempts but the app shouldn't be crashing. We are however aware of some issues with our desktop app and the latest OSX update with Mac which we're currently working on an update for.

Something you can try is to uninstall our desktop app and then please reinstall it. Once you reinstall it, please make sure both devices are on the same network and then try to discover your devices.

In the meantime you can use the web browser to transfer your photos and videos with our app.

Thanks for posting your question here, my apologies for the delay.

Did you allow authorization for our app to access your photos when you downloaded the update? you can check by going to our settings -> Authorization. Make sure it's turned to ON.

If you still experience this error whenever you try to use the app, please uninstall the app and reinstall it. After reinstalling it, turn off/on your device and then relaunch our app and attempt to transfer / discover your device again. Some users found that turning off / on the device allowed it to be refreshed.

How large is the video(s) you are attempting to transfer? What direction are you transferring to/from? Did you take the videos with your device or did you modify them in anyway? Did our app indicate the videos did infact transfer?

Thank you for posting your question here with us, my apologies for the long delay in responding back to you on this.

If you want to delete anything off your device you will need to do so manually. Once you choose to delete your photos make sure you allow them to be deleted when the app on your device prompts you. Note: Deleting anything can only be done with the latest version of our app for both device and desktop.

When you attempt to transfer from your iPhone to Mac what happens? Are you getting any error message? If so, what is the error you are receiving?

What was the length and size of the video in which you transferred? Was it in a compatible format? It needs to be in a .MOV format to transfer ( or .MP4 for iPad ).

Thank you for posting your question. Just to be clear, are you using our desktop app? This feature is currently available only with the desktop app and not the web browser. You need to be running the latest version ( you can download it from here: http://phototransferapp.com/win/update/PhotoTransferApp22.zip ).

If you are using the desktop app it's at the bottom. You have the option to delete photos or transfer then delete. If you are deleting photos you also have to confirm it on your device as well.

Hello Yuri,

With the recent updates, there have been fixes sense this original post. You should be able to still transfer your photos in full resolution with the web browser. The desktop app as well transfers your photos in the original format.

Also the same questions as well. Did you take all the photos with your device or did you happen to modify / edit any of them using any other app or software?

Thank you for posting your inquiry here and suggestion. My apologies for the delay!

This is a highly sought out after feature of our app that a lot of people are requesting. Currently the development team is aware of it and are trying to work something out to implement. However, it's a restriction with Apple. Apple doesn't allow third party apps to delete or remove content off your device.

We appreciate your suggestion and hope that we can accommodate in the future!

We are aware of some issues with our desktop app and the latest update to iOS for device and Mac. We're working on a fix for it and hope to have it available soon! In the meantime, you can use the web browser to transfer via our app.
