Please update your Adobe air and let me know if you still have problems! Also note; you can use the web browser to transfer as well.

Thanks for using the Photo Transfer App. I will be more then happy to assist you with the issues of your photos!  What program are you using to view your photos? Note that if you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated on the proper way. This is because the browser can't detect the proper rotation.

To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file', unzip the photos by right clicking on the zip file and hitting 'extract all', and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer. Picassa desktop for example will be able to show the photos in the correct orientation.

Did you unzip the .zip file for the desktop app, then from there you need to run the phototransferapp.exe file. This will install our desktop app to your computer.

When you attempt to open the Windows app, what happens?

What did you use to take your videos with? Also did you transfer using the web browser, or the desktop app for Photo Transfer?

If you used the web browser did you look on your desktop for the videos? If you used our desktop app ( free to install: http://phototransferapp.com/mac/ ) then your video should've transferred to the desired location you had set before you transferred the video.

If you still have problems with the desktop app discovering your device you can try the manually entry or have you tried the web browser method instead? Do you still have problems discovering devices if you are using the web browser?

Are you talking about the Photo Transfer app for your iPhone and iPad? Or are you referring to the in app plugins?

If you are referring to the in app plugins you should be able to swipe to the left on send/receive and see our plugins. If you tap on one of them it will prompt you to either login or to purchase the plugin.

If you are referring to our app, then the app should be available on your iPhone or iPad on the home screen of your iDevice. You can also use the search feature on your device to look for our app Photo Transfer App and if it installed correctly, you should see it.

Please let me know if turning off/on your wifi helped!

Thank you for posting your question here with us! I will be happy to help you. I am sorry you are having issues with the app!

Are you using the desktop app perchance? I would like to suggest touch "Discover Devices" button a couple of times as sometimes it may take a couple of attempts for the app to discover the devices. Also you can close out the app and start it again, that will force the app to 'broadcast' itself on the network again and then touch "discover devices" button on the other device to try to re-discover it.

Another solution you can attempt: Please reset your wifi network and then join the network again from the devices. Please let me know if this helps!

Hello!

My apologies for the long delay in response back to you!

What version of iOS are you using? In general the Photo Library album contains photos that where synced with iTunes and our app should be able to see this album.

However on iOS8 many things changed in the way the app manages photos and it looks like the Photo library album is no longer available via our code. What iOS are you using?
