Instructions When Website Won't Launch?

1. Safari can't find: www.phototransferapp.com (which I have to hand type since I can't copy-paste from iTunes :(

SO HOW DO YOU USE THIS APP?!

2. The iPad w photos is not mine, the computer I'm copying to is - do I need the iTunes / Apple login password for the iPad? I have the code to access the files.

Hello

Thank you for sending us your question, I will be more then happy to help you.

1. What happens when you attempt to go to our website www.phototransferapp.com? You actually don't need that URL to transfer. You should be prompted to go to www.connect.phototransferapp.com if you are using the web browser.

We also have a free desktop app you can download from our website as well.

2. Once you download our app you need to authorize our app to access the Photos APp on that iPad. From there you should be able to connect ( make sure you are on the same wifi as your computer ) and then transfer them to your computer directly.
