The most recent version of our Desktop app is 2.1 and the latest version of our Photo Transfer App is 4.7. So you are running the latest version of our app on your device.

I am having connection issues. Always have. 2 out of 5 attempts on average give me a Make sure you have most updated SW on device. I do. I've got 4.7.
What's interesting is you hit ok and click to the next 100 photos, the app will see them. Sometimes you can then click back to 1-100 but not always. Like today. I cannot connect. Maybe it's more like 3 out of 6 tries.
Make sure you are as close to your wifi router as possible when attempting to make the transfer. Are you on a home network or a public network?
If you are using a home network, and still have connectivity problems you may want to turn off/on your wifi router. This will reset the network and give a fresh broadcast of your network. Then try again.
