The app does not find my iphone6 or my iPad on my comcast arris. Home network? Why?

App loads fine on my iPad and iphone6. I can select photos fine. When I try to effect transfer my iPhone is not found on the network list. Only my wireless epson printer is found. How do I fix?

Did you ensure that both your iPhone and iPad are on the same wifi network. Are you getting an error message when you try to transfer your photos? Also just to clarify, are you able to view the photos on both iPhone and iPad?

I only have one home network which both devices are connected using iOS 8.02. I can see photos currently on each device that are currently saved in photos. Neither device recognizes the other. No error message as no receive device shows available except my Epson wireless printer.

Hello

Yes, my apologies! I suggest that you restart the router to make sure that the devices are refreshed on the network. Also, after the update to iOS8.0.2 some devices need a restart for the networking discovery to start working again. So if you turn the device off/ on this should hopefully resolve the issue!
