When you download the photos they should go into a .zip file somewhere on your computer. Usually, by default, it goes to your desktop but if you do not have the default content downloaded from the internet go to the desktop then it goes into a 'downloads' folder. On a PC you can click on "my documents" and then "downloads" and you should be able to find it there. On a Mac you could use 'finder' and just type: photos.zip.
When you attempt to "save target as" does it give you any errors? make sure you have the app running while you are attempting to transfer otherwise the photos won't transfer.
