Fails to transfer to target directory, everything in camera roll, 100 photo limit is too "limiting"!

Having problems transferring from a PC to an ipad.

First is all photos end up in the camera roll, even if I create other albums either using the native photo app, or photo transfer making the camera roll unusable for the camera (ends up a huge mess of photos). A copy will sometimes be found in the target directory though.

Second, the photos do always seem to get to the camera roll, but only get to the target directory about 50% of the time. Worse, if I try again I end up with two copies in the camera roll, and again only a 50% chance that there is a copy in the target.

The 100 photo limit is a bit unrealistic, can it be overidden? - I have nearly 5000 photos from a recent holiday to add to the ipad (!) At 100 photos per transfer, thats 500 transfers that often dont work ...

Dear Bill,

Thanks for contacting us, I will be more then happy to help you!

With the update of the new version of iOS5 Apple decided to handle albums by duplicating all photos created in albums and sending it to the Camera Roll. We wish that it was handled differently, but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as it has to do with Apple.

You can change the limit transfer by going into the settings of our app and changing the photo limitation from 200 to whatever you need. To do that go to:

Settings -> Transfer -> Select Photos Limit 200 (change this to whatever you need) just be aware that the higher the number you raise the potential of being a slower transfer rate.

Please let me know if I can assist you further. Thanks!

Warm Regards,

Amber
