Did you create the album using our webpage or did you create it directly on your iPad? How many photos did you initially select to transfer to your iPad from your PC?

I would recommend trying to create the folder on your iDevice first and then attempt to transfer your photos to that album again. Also note; your images need to be in a JPG, GIF or PNG format to transfer.

As of right now the thumbnail view on your iPhone is the only view that we have available. When you look at the thumbnails on the website, however, when transferring from an iDevice to your computer the thumbs are larger and you can even click on them to see the fuller resolution of the image before you download them.

Our app should transfer the photos in the same order in which you selected them on your device (or computer). So make sure you select them in the order you want them to appear / download.

Can you tell me with more details as to what isn't working with the video transfer so I can better assist you? Are you receiving any error message? If so, what is it?

Make sure you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer video(s). What is the length / size of the video? Also make sure your videos are in a .MOV format.

I will be happy to help you.

The app is a universal app so it runs on both your iPhone and your iPad. Basically, when you buy it on your iPhone or on your iPad, you can download it for FREE in the other device. You can download the app in one device and then sync with iTunes to get the app on both devices or you can simply download it from the app store directly on each device.

Don't worry, you will not get charged the second time you download the app in the other device. Apple knows that you already own the app, so it will treat it only as an update so you won't be charged (even though it says 'buy') as long as you use the same iTunes account in both devices.

Thank you for posting your question here, I apologies for the delay in response. I will be happy to help you.

You should be able to select "download photos in a zip file in full resolution". This will take all the photos you have selected and transfer them to your computer in a zip file titled "photos.zip".

To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iDevice you need to press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time.

With the paid version there is no limit as to how many photos/videos you can transfer over. With the lite app, you can only transfer 3 photos at a time.

The full version will allow you to transfer more than 3 photos at one time and will be supporting our app :)

So sorry about the delay in response!

Once you rotate the photo it should automatically 'save' those changes. What program are you using to rotate the photo?

Usually any default software you use to view photos and rotate them will save the changes made.

I am sorry you are having issues with the app, I will be happy to help you.

Make sure that you unzip the file(s) first before viewing them :) To do that simply right click - > extract all. You should be able to do this without having to install any extra software.

note: our app transfers your photos exactly as they appear on your device (and computer). Our app does not modify your content / photos in anyway.
