In the latest update of our app we have included a feature to password protect the access to the transfer web page. To change this simply open the 'Settings' app on your device and scroll down until you find the settings for our app (listed as 'Transfer'). Then either remove the 'Web page password' entry or choose a new one to enable access to the transfer page again.
Please let me know if you are able to access our website after implementing this change. If you have further questions or comments, feel free to leave them here :)
I'm sorry you are still having issues. Are you on a home wifi network or a public wifi network? If you are on a home wifi network I would recommend that you double check that your device is on the same network as your wifi network.
Also make sure you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer. Make sure you are inserting the address into the address bar of your web browser as well. If you continue to have issues you might want to try another browser as well like chrome or firefox.
