Problems downloading photo transfer app on mt iPad

I will be more then happy to help you.

Did you download it directly from the App store on your iPad? I would recommend trying that first and seeing if the app will install. Do not worry about paying twice. As long as you use the same iTunes account you used to originally purchase the app, it won't charge you again :)

If that doesn't work try downloading it again from iTunes and then sync it to your iPad again.

Amber I need your help for some reason the app is not downloading for me, all that shows is a cloud with an arrow down. Please help

Did you tap on the cloud icon with the arrow going down? If you still aren't able to download it, you can always turn off your device, then launch the app store again. Try downloading it again!
