Hello Ben,

I will be happy to assist you.

As of right now our app does not support transferring a video from Android to iPad. The reason for this is because the two devices have different platforms and codec's from one another.

We are however working on an update for this and we hope to release it in the coming updates of our app.

Please let me know if you have any more questions, I will be happy to help you!

Kind Regards,

Amber

Hello,

I will be happy to help you Michael. I am sorry you are having issues with the app.

Make sure your videos are in a .MOV format. Did you take them with your device? Did you make any modifications to the video perchance? Does it play on your device?

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Warm Regards,

Amber

Hello Bob,

Thank you for contacting us, I will be happy to help you! Thanks for posting your question here.

With the update of the new version of iOS5+ Apple decided to handle albums by duplicating all photos created in albums and sending it to the Camera Roll. We wish that it was handled differently, but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as it has to do with Apple.

So if you are transferring your photos into an album they also appear in the camera roll as well. When transferring from computer to iPad, make sure that you have only one of those photos selected if you are getting multiple of the same image in the same gallery. :)

I hope this helps you!

Warm Regards,

Amber

Kim,

Thank you for posting your question to us. I will be happy to help you.

Our app can transfer up to 200 photos by default but this number can be changed if desired. Just note that transferring high resolution photos, more then 200 at a time, can be a little slow. Also depends on your wifi.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Best,

Amber
Hello,

I will be more then happy to help you Cath.

Our app allows you to transfer photos and videos from iPad to computer, computer to iPad, iPad to another iDevice over wifi.

So you would have to transfer your photos to your computer first and then upload them to Google photos using the upload system :)

We have more information about our app here: www.phototransferapp.com/help

Let me know if this helps!

Irene,

Thank you for posting your question, I'll be happy to help you.

Our app needs to have a computer hooked up to the same wireless network as your iPad in order to transfer photos from iPad to computer and visa versa. However, it does not require a computer if you are transferring from one iDevice to another iDevice but you have to have the app on both devices to transfer. For example an iPad to an iPhone. They both need Photo Transfer App.

So as long as the others have the app you can transfer them via wireless (wifi) or through bluetooth.

As long as your iPad is connected to the same network as the computers you are transferring to, you should be able to transfer them. Just note, some public networks are configured to block communication which will not allow you to transfer (sometimes).

We have more information about our app on our website: www.phototransferapp.com/help

I hope this helps!

Hello Alison,

Thank you for posting your question here.

Our app does not use any data from your cell phone plan because it uses the wifi connection to connect and not the 3G network. You can use our Mac app to transfer your photos to your computer:

Please let me know if this helps!

Hello!

Thank you for posting your question here, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app and it is crashing.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app ? Do not worry, it should not charge you a second time to install it just as long as you use the same iTunes account you used to transfer in the first place.

I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling it and then trying the transfer again. Please let me know if you receive the same errors as before ( the app crashing ).

Thanks!

Kind Regards,

Amber

Dear Richard,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

You will have to have your photos be in a designated folder before transferring. As of right now Apple doesn't make it possible to transfer full albums or folders. You can however transfer whats inside the album. They also can't be in any software such as iPhoto. So if you, for example, want to transfer photos from iPhoto you will have to locate them in the folder that they are stored. So you could copy your photos into a folder on your desktop and then transfer them that way so its easier to locate the folder.

To select mupltiple photos from computer all you have to do is press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on mac as you left click to select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer to iDevice.

I hope this helps!

Kind Regards,
